The product was shipped to me 2 days after I placed my order. Dermalure packed the peel very safely in the box. Great customer service, emailed them few time to get tips for better peeling. I burned my hand with BBQ charcoal 2 years a go, It formed a big scar on my hand. I have tried lots of peel but nothing worked till I ordered this TCA 50% Peel. After 2 application the scar that I had was got 85% . I'm gonna keep using the product till i get 100% result. I'm very happy with the result and i will order from this company again. Thanks! I have purchased several professional grade peels and TCAs. This product, marketed at 50%, is not as strong as all my other purchased peels or TCAs labeled 20%, 25%, or 30%. I really wanted at 50% medical grade peel, and I did not have that experience with this product. I will use the product until it is empty, but I will not purchase the product again.
